On March 24, 2020, the first gas-fired denitrification project of dongguan CLP thermal power plant which was independently developed and designed by the LongkingCotech, successfully passed the 168-hour trial operation, and the whole equipment was formally handed over to the owner.

During the "168 test", the average inlet concentration of NOx was 47.7mg/Nm3, the average outlet concentration of NOx was 12.5mg/Nm3, the average denitrification efficiency was 73.6%, and the average increased pressure drop was 250Pa. All the indexes were better than the technical agreement requirements (agreement requirements: outlet flue gas concentration ≤20mg/Nm3, efficiency ≥60%, and increased pressure drop ≤320Pa).

This is the first gas-fired denitrification project undertaken by LongkingCotech. The catalyst is 108 cells which is manufacturered by Cormetech. The engineering design, supply and construction are completed by LongkingCotech. Our team overcame one and another difficulties, and finally delivered the project successfully.
