"Ammonia injection optimization" refers to the optimization and adjustment of the ammonia injection device to balance the distribution of ammonia nitrogen after the SCR flue gas denitration equipment is put into operation.

Ammonia injection optimization and adjustment work needs to be carried out in the hot state, many equipment owners choose to adjust by themselves, it is recommended that it is better to be carried out by a professional company, because the effectiveness of the optimization work depends on the software and hardware conditions.

"Software" refers to the adjustment method and experience of the engineer, and "hardware" refers to the test equipment, i.e., the smoke composition analyzer, etc. Depending solely on the experience of the adjustment personnel and without the cooperation of the detection device, the adjustment effect shall be very limited.

Since the condition of SCR flue gas denitration equipment will change with the running time, the adjustment should be carried out on a regular basis, and it is generally recommended to perform once a year.

The conditions of the smoke flow field of the topmost catalyst are limited.

Flue gas velocity variation coefficient:C.V. ≤±10%

Ammonia molar ratio variation: C.V. ≤±5%.

Maximum temperature deviation: ±10 ℃ of the average

Flue gas incident catalyst Angle (with the vertical direction of the Angle) : in the direction of the smoke flow up to 10°.
