Arsenic-resistance poisoning catalyst

As2O3 is generated after combustion from As in coal, which is the reason of As-posioning. Longking Coalogix have a proprietary anti-arsenic formula. Molybdenum and other chemical elements are added to the catalyst. The stable catalyst was obtained by high temperature calcination. The location of arsenic adsorption would not affect the activity site of SCR. Molybdenum reacts with arsenic instead of vanadium. The adsorption capacity of arsenic compound increased significantly. consequently delayed the Attenuation of denitrification catalyst activity. Based on arsenic content, sulfur content and catalyst type etc, our technical team formulates the best plan for catalyst to solve the arsenic poisoning problem.

Wide range temperature catalyst:

The range of temperature covers from 220 to 450℃, effectively solved the problem of low load period of power plant, as well as other industries.

Anti-sulfur catalyst:

In the process of SCR flue gas denitration. The gaseous NH3 reacts with nitrogen oxides in the gas. At the same time, it reacts with SO3 in the flue gas at low temperature to produce ammonium  hydrogen sulfate (ABS). Ammonium hydrogen sulfate is acidic with extremely corrosion. At the same time, it will absorb the alkaline fly ash in the flue gas to become paste material, it`s harmful to the catalytic bed and the air preheater.

Longking coalogix Anti-surfur catalyst adopts the improved formula and technology based on the Vanadium titanium catalyst. The improved catalyst has a good pore structure that inhibits the oxidation of SO2 effectively. The characteristics of excellent anti-sulfur oxidation properties and nitrogen oxide removal which enable the catalyst to be used in high sulfur, high dust and high calcium gas environment.

Mercury removal DeNOx catalyst:

Hg is an important element of heavy metal pollutants in the flue gas of coal-fired power plants.

Normally exists in the flue gas as mercury (Hg0), oxidized mercury (Hg2+) and granular mercury (HgP). The majority of Hg2+ can be removed by wet desulfurization device. The HgP can be removed in the dust removal device. But Hg0 is difficult to be removed because of its high volatity and insolubity.

LongkingCotech De-Hg catalyst oxidizes the mercury by adding the metallic oxid, and then removes the mercury with the existing electrostatic dust removal and wet desulfurization equipment without adding flue gas purification device, finally realizes the synergistic removal of NOx and Hg0.
